Oscar (Academy Awards, no original em inglês) é um prêmio entregue anualmente pela Academia de Artes e Ciências Cinematográficas, fundada em  Los Angeles em 11 de maio de 1927. É também a mais antiga cerimônia de premiação na mídia e muitas outras, como o Grammy, Emmy e Globo de Ouro, foram inspiradas no Oscar.
